Ipamorelin 10 mg Dual-Chamber Cartridge in Europe | LIFE RESEARCH supplies Ipamorelin in a dual-chamber research format containing 10 mg of lyophilised peptide and a separately stored diluent. After activation, the cartridge provides a final volume of 1 mL.

Ipamorelin is a synthetic peptide studied as a growth hormone secretagogue. It activates the ghrelin receptor, also known as GHSR-1a, and belongs to the growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) family.

Research interest in Ipamorelin includes its receptor activity and its effects on growth hormone signalling. Published endocrine studies have investigated how its activity compares with earlier GHRPs, including with respect to other pituitary hormone pathways. The full Ipamorelin page covers the broader research context and published findings.

This cartridge contains Ipamorelin in a different format from the standard vial. The lyophilised peptide and diluent are housed in separate chambers of one cartridge and remain physically separated until activation.

Lyophilised during transportation

The dual-chamber cartridge keeps Ipamorelin lyophilised during storage and transportation rather than supplying it as a premixed solution. The cartridge should still be protected from excessive heat. Refrigerated storage at 2–8°C is recommended for long-term storage.

Simplified laboratory preparation

A conventional vial requires a separate diluent and liquid transfer during preparation. The dual-chamber cartridge contains a predetermined diluent volume, which combines with the peptide inside the cartridge when activated.

This integrated format reduces the number of separate preparation steps and avoids transferring liquid from one container to another. A specifically compatible reusable device is required for activation. Compatibility with conventional insulin pens should not be assumed.

Concentration: 10 mg in 1 mL

After activation, the cartridge contains 10 mg of Ipamorelin in a final volume of 1 mL:

10 mg ÷ 1 mL = 10 mg/mL

Preparation	Concentration	Quantity in 0.1 mL
10 mg in 1 mL	10 mg/mL	1 mg
10 mg in 2 mL	5 mg/mL	0.5 mg

Calculations based on a 2 mL solution do not apply directly to this cartridge. The cartridge is not supplied as a premixed peptide solution.

Product characteristics

Compound: Ipamorelin
Quantity: 10 mg
Format: Dual-chamber research cartridge
Peptide state before activation: Lyophilised
Final volume after activation: 1 mL
Final concentration: 10 mg/mL
Application: Laboratory and analytical research
Compatible device: Requires a compatible reusable dual-chamber device

The peptide and diluent remain physically separated until activation.

Standard vial or dual-chamber cartridge?

Both formats contain Ipamorelin for laboratory and analytical research.

Standard vial: The lyophilised peptide is supplied in a vial, with diluent handled separately. The researcher selects and transfers the required liquid volume as part of laboratory preparation.

Dual-chamber cartridge: The lyophilised peptide and a predetermined volume of diluent are housed in separate chambers of one cartridge. They remain separated through storage and transportation, then combine inside the cartridge upon activation. A compatible reusable device is required.

Choose the standard vial for conventional vial-based preparation. Choose the cartridge if having the peptide and its separate diluent housed together, with a fixed final volume after activation, better suits the research setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Ipamorelin dual-chamber cartridge contain?

Each cartridge contains 10 mg of lyophilised Ipamorelin and a separately stored diluent. The components remain physically separated until activation.

Is the Ipamorelin premixed with liquid?

No. Ipamorelin remains lyophilised during storage and transportation. The diluent is held in a separate chamber and contacts the peptide only upon activation.

What is the final concentration?

After activation, the final volume is 1 mL, containing 10 mg of Ipamorelin. This equals 10 mg/mL.

Is this the same Ipamorelin as the standard vial?

Yes. The distinction is the presentation and preparation format. The standard vial product is available here.

Does the cartridge fit a conventional insulin pen?

Compatibility should not be assumed. The cartridge requires a specifically compatible reusable dual-chamber device.

Where can I find more information about Ipamorelin research?

See the standard Ipamorelin page for the broader compound overview, published research context, safety observations and references.

Is this product intended for human or veterinary use?

No. It is supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research.
