Order processing
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin fulfillment immediately. Orders are packed in controlled environments, double-checked for accuracy, and shipped with discretion. If you discover an error or need to make changes, please contact us before your order is dispatched — after shipping, modifications may not be possible.
Shipping schedule
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is en route.
Shipping options & estimated delivery
We offer a range of shipping levels to suit your needs. All packages include tracking.
Flat rate standard shipping – usually 5 business days via DHL or DPD:
15 EUR to all countries of Europe except Central and East Europe. Includes UK.
4 EUR to countries of CEE – Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Serbia.
Flat rate express shipping – usually 2 business days via DHL:
25 EUR to all European countries.
FREE shipping – we are happy to offer free standard shipping to all orders over 100 EUR. Option is automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or unexpected delays.
Tracking your order
Once your shipment leaves our facility, you’ll be sent an email with the carrier, tracking number, and a link to monitor progress. You can also view your order’s status via your account dashboard.
Damaged, lost, or delayed packages
If your package is damaged or doesn’t arrive within expectations, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Attach photos of the damage or any notices from the carrier. We’ll support you in filing a claim or arranging a reshipment, if applicable.
Returns & refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our compounds, all sales are final once dispatched.
However, if something arrives incorrect or defective, reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll coordinate a resolution — whether replacement or other remedy — as swiftly as possible.
Incorrect shipments & reshipments
- If the mistake was ours, we will resend the correct item at no extra cost.
- If the error stems from incorrect address input or theft after delivery, reshipment will incur additional fees. In such cases, proof (e.g. tracking notes, photos) may be required.
Shipping insurance
Every order is insured for transit-related damage or loss. To submit a claim, get in touch with us within 48 hours of your delivery window.
Address accuracy & changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
If you need to update it after placing your order, notify us immediately — once shipped, changes may be impossible and additional fees may apply.
International shipping / limitations
At present, our shipments are restricted to all European countries. This ensures we maintain strict quality control and regulatory compliance. For deliveries to other countries please contact us to find the best solution for your delivery.
International shipments (non-EU):
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays beyond our control
Events such as customs holdups, natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather may affect delivery times. In such cases, we’ll stay communicative and transparent throughout the delay.
