Order processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin fulfillment immediately. Orders are packed in controlled environments, double-checked for accuracy, and shipped with discretion. If you discover an error or need to make changes, please contact us before your order is dispatched — after shipping, modifications may not be possible.

Shipping schedule

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is en route.

Economy — Postal Network

  • Collection from a local post office or pickup point may be required
  • Best option when delivery cost is the main priority

Please monitor the tracking information carefully. Local postal operators may hold parcels for collection without attempting delivery to the address or sending a separate notification.

Priority — Courier Delivery

Available for selected destinations

  • Typical delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Fully tracked
  • Usually delivered directly to the shipping address
  • Handled by a courier network such as DPD or a local delivery partner
  • Free on qualifying orders in selected countries

Priority shipping is not available for every destination. In some countries, Express shipping offers better value and reliability, so only Economy and Express may be shown.

Express — DHL Express

Available for selected destinations

  • Typical delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Fully tracked
  • Door-to-door courier delivery
  • Fastest available shipping option
  • Free on qualifying orders, with thresholds based on destination

Free shipping upgrades

Free shipping is applied automatically when the order reaches the qualifying threshold for the selected destination.

Depending on the country, this may include:

  • Free Priority shipping
  • Free DHL Express shipping
  • A lower Express threshold for destinations with limited courier options

The exact threshold is displayed after entering the shipping address at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and refer to business days after dispatch. They may vary because of carrier schedules, local postal handling, customs procedures, public holidays or unexpected delays.

Orders are normally dispatched within one business day.

Tracking your order

Once your shipment leaves our facility, you’ll be sent an email with the carrier, tracking number, and a link to monitor progress. You can also view your order’s status via your account dashboard.

Damaged, lost, or delayed packages

If your package is damaged or doesn’t arrive within expectations, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Attach photos of the damage or any notices from the carrier. We’ll support you in filing a claim or arranging a reshipment, if applicable.

Returns & refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our compounds, all sales are final once dispatched.
However, if something arrives incorrect or defective, reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll coordinate a resolution — whether replacement or other remedy — as swiftly as possible.

Incorrect shipments & reshipments

  • If the mistake was ours, we will resend the correct item at no extra cost.
  • If the error stems from incorrect address input or theft after delivery, reshipment will incur additional fees. In such cases, proof (e.g. tracking notes, photos) may be required.

Shipping insurance

Every order is insured for transit-related damage or loss. To submit a claim, get in touch with us within 48 hours of your delivery window.

Address accuracy & changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
If you need to update it after placing your order, notify us immediately — once shipped, changes may be impossible and additional fees may apply.

International shipping / limitations

At present, our shipments are restricted to all European countries. This ensures we maintain strict quality control and regulatory compliance. For deliveries to other countries please contact us to find the best solution for your delivery.

International shipments (non-EU):

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays beyond our control

Events such as customs holdups, natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather may affect delivery times. In such cases, we’ll stay communicative and transparent throughout the delay.
