KLOW 80 mg Dual-Chamber Cartridge in Europe | LIFE RESEARCH supplies KLOW in a dual-chamber research format containing 10 mg of lyophilised peptide and a separately stored diluent. After activation, the cartridge provides a final volume of 1 mL.

The blend contains four peptides in a fixed composition:

GHK-Cu — 50 mg
BPC-157 — 10 mg
TB-500 — 10 mg
KPV — 10 mg

KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend combining compounds that have been studied in different areas of tissue and cellular biology. GHK-Cu is associated with extracellular matrix and tissue-remodelling research; BPC-157 with soft-tissue and gastrointestinal models; TB-500 with cell migration and actin-related research; and KPV with inflammatory signalling studies.

The dual-chamber cartridge contains the same blend composition as the standard KLOW vial, presented in a different format. The lyophilised blend and diluent are housed in separate chambers of one cartridge and remain physically separated until activation.

Research on the individual peptides does not establish the effects of KLOW as a combined formulation. There are currently no large published clinical studies evaluating the complete four-peptide blend, and additive or synergistic effects should not be assumed.

Lyophilised during transportation

The dual-chamber cartridge keeps KLOW lyophilised during storage and transportation rather than supplying the blend as a premixed solution. The cartridge should still be protected from excessive heat. Refrigerated storage at 2–8°C is recommended for long-term storage.

Simplified laboratory preparation

A standard vial requires a separate diluent and liquid transfer during preparation. The dual-chamber cartridge contains a predetermined diluent volume, which combines with the lyophilised blend inside the cartridge when activated.

This format brings the components together in one cartridge and removes the separate liquid-transfer step. A specifically compatible reusable device is required for activation. Compatibility with conventional insulin pens should not be assumed.

Concentration: 80 mg in 1 mL

After activation, the cartridge contains 80 mg total peptide content in a final volume of 1 mL:

80 mg ÷ 1 mL = 80 mg/mL total peptide content

The concentration of each component is:

Component	Amount in cartridge	Concentration after activation
GHK-Cu	50 mg	50 mg/mL
BPC-157	10 mg	10 mg/mL
TB-500	10 mg	10 mg/mL
KPV	10 mg	10 mg/mL
Total	80 mg	80 mg/mL

The total concentration refers to the combined peptide content. Each component has its own concentration within the blend. The cartridge is not supplied as a premixed peptide solution.

Product characteristics

Compound: Blend KLOW
Components: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV
Quantity: 80 mg
Composition: GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + KPV 10 mg
Format: Dual-chamber research cartridge
Peptide state before activation: Lyophilised
Final volume after activation: 1 mL
Final concentration: 80 mg/mL
Application: Laboratory and analytical research
Compatible device: Requires a compatible reusable dual-chamber device

The peptide and diluent remain physically separated until activation.

Standard vial or dual-chamber cartridge?

Both formats contain the same 80 mg KLOW blend for laboratory and analytical research.

The standard vial supplies the lyophilised blend separately from the diluent, which is transferred during laboratory preparation.

The dual-chamber cartridge houses the blend and a predetermined diluent volume in separate chambers of one cartridge. They remain separated during storage and transportation, then combine inside the cartridge upon activation. A compatible reusable device is required.

Choose the standard vial for conventional vial-based preparation, or the cartridge if having the blend and diluent housed together in an integrated format better suits the research setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What peptides are included in KLOW?

Each cartridge contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV, for 80 mg total peptide content.

Is KLOW already mixed with the diluent?

No. The lyophilised blend and diluent are held in separate chambers and combine only when the cartridge is activated.

What is the final concentration?

After activation, the total peptide concentration is 80 mg/mL in a final volume of 1 mL. The individual component concentrations are listed above.

Are there published clinical studies of the complete KLOW blend?

There are no large published clinical studies evaluating the complete four-peptide blend. Published research primarily concerns the individual components, and those findings should not be treated as evidence for the blend as a whole.

How does KLOW differ from GLOW?

Both blends contain GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. KLOW also contains KPV 10 mg. Research findings on either blend should not be inferred from studies of its individual components.

Is this the same blend as the standard KLOW vial?

Yes. The composition is the same; the difference is the presentation and preparation format. The standard vial is prepared using separate components.

Does the cartridge fit a conventional insulin pen?

Compatibility should not be assumed. The cartridge requires a specifically compatible reusable dual-chamber device.

Is this product intended for human or veterinary use?

No. It is supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research.
