Description

CJC-1295 no DAC 10 mg Dual-Chamber Cartridge in Europe | LIFE RESEARCH supplies CJC-1295 no DAC in a dual-chamber research format containing 10 mg of lyophilised peptide and a separately stored diluent. After activation, the cartridge provides a final volume of 1 mL.

CJC-1295 no DAC in dual-chamber format

CJC-1295 no DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is studied in research on GHRH receptor signalling and growth hormone axis physiology. “No DAC” distinguishes it from CJC-1295 with DAC, which has a modification designed to extend its activity. The two forms have different research profiles and should not be treated as interchangeable.

This cartridge contains 10 mg of lyophilised CJC-1295 no DAC, with the diluent held in a separate chamber. The peptide and liquid remain physically separated during storage and transportation. The cartridge is not supplied as a premixed solution; the components come together inside the cartridge only when it is activated.

Keeping the peptide lyophilised until activation avoids transporting it already dissolved. The cartridge also combines the peptide and its predetermined diluent volume in one format, reducing the need for separate components and liquid transfer during laboratory preparation.

After activation, the cartridge has a final volume of 1 mL and a concentration of 10 mg/mL. A specifically compatible reusable device is required to activate the cartridge. Compatibility with conventional insulin pens should not be assumed.

The cartridge format changes how the components are packaged and prepared; it does not change the identity of the compound. For the fuller overview of CJC-1295 no DAC research—including its distinction from the DAC form—see the standard CJC-1295 no DAC page

Lyophilised during transportation

The dual-chamber format keeps the peptide lyophilised during storage and transportation rather than supplying it as a premixed solution. The cartridge should still be protected from excessive heat. Refrigerated storage at 2–8°C is recommended for long-term storage.

Simplified laboratory preparation

A standard vial requires a separate diluent and liquid transfer during preparation. The dual-chamber cartridge contains a predetermined diluent volume, which combines with the peptide inside the cartridge when activated. A specifically compatible reusable device is required. Compatibility with conventional insulin pens should not be assumed. See the dual-chamber cartridge guide for more about the format.

Concentration: 10 mg in 1 mL

After activation, the cartridge contains 10 mg of CJC-1295 no DAC in a final volume of 1 mL:

10 mg ÷ 1 mL = 10 mg/mL

CJC-1295 standard vial or dual-chamber cartridge?

Both formats contain CJC-1295 no DAC for laboratory and analytical research. The difference is how the peptide and diluent are supplied.

Standard vial: The lyophilised peptide is supplied in a vial, with diluent handled separately. The researcher selects and transfers the required liquid volume as part of laboratory preparation.

Dual-chamber cartridge: The lyophilised peptide and a predetermined volume of diluent are housed in separate chambers of one cartridge. They remain separated through storage and transportation, then combine inside the cartridge upon activation. A compatible reusable device is required.

Choose the standard vial for conventional vial-based preparation. Choose the cartridge if having the peptide and its separate diluent housed together, with a fixed final volume after activation, better suits the research setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the CJC-1295 no DAC dual-chamber cartridge contain?

Each cartridge contains 10 mg of lyophilised CJC-1295 no DAC and a separately stored diluent. The components remain separated until activation.

Is the peptide already mixed with liquid?

No. The peptide remains lyophilised during storage and transportation. The diluent is held in a separate chamber.

What is the final concentration?

After activation, the final volume is 1 mL, containing 10 mg of CJC-1295 no DAC.

Is this the same compound as the standard vial?

Yes. The difference is the presentation and preparation format. The standard vial product is available here.

Does the cartridge fit a standard insulin pen?

Compatibility with conventional insulin pens should not be assumed. A specifically compatible reusable dual-chamber device is required.

Is this product intended for human use?

No. It is supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research and is not intended for human or veterinary use.
